Founded in 2007, the Ronald McDonald House Charleston Junior Board brings together local high school juniors and seniors who are passionate about making a difference. Through hands-on service, leadership development, and creative fundraising, Junior Board members serve as vital ambassadors—ensuring families stay strong and supported near the critical care their children need.
By participating, students gain real-world experience in nonprofit governance, community outreach, and philanthropic leadership.
Our Junior Board members make a measurable difference for our families every year. During the 2025–2026 school year, the Junior Board raised over $5,000 to directly support House operations and families in need.
