Presented by Gypsum Management & Supply, Inc.
The annual Monica Kreber Golf Tournament teed off in 1997, a year after Dave Kreber received a phone call while playing a round of golf with business associates that his seven-year-old daughter, Monica, was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. After three years of chemotherapy and hundreds of nights in the hospital at MUSC Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital, Monica made a full recovery.
For the past 27 years, the Monica Kreber Golf Tournament has raised over $1.5 million for cancer research and today, it proudly helps families staying at Ronald McDonald House Charleston, where it has raised over $350,000.
We are incredibly grateful to the golfers, sponsors, community partners, volunteers, vendors, and our team whose generosity and dedication have made this event possible year after year.
